Returns Policy

It is extremely unusual for our customers to want to return any of the products that Peugeot Parts for Sale sell but in the unlikely event that they do this is our policy :-You have the right to cancel an order with us, prior to despatch however there will be an administration fee and credit/debit card processing fee charges to pay, specially ordered parts cannot be cancelled.


You must contact us via email or telephone to notify us that you have an item to be returned within 7 days of delivery. If the item ordered is electronic/electric then it must not be opened and still be in our sealed box/packaging, as on arrival to you, If the packaging has been opened or the "No Returns if Removed" stickers have been removed from the electronic connections/ports i.e the unit has been fitted to a vehicle, then no refund will be given, Please note, we do not sell items for diagnosis/testing purposes, Please make sure you are 100% certain that the part you order is the part that you require as any wrongly purchased items will not be accepted as returns and no refund will be given, All delivery cost's are non refundable. We pride ourselves on being 100% accurate with providing you with the correct part you require, so long as you provide us with the correct relevant information which is usually the last 8 digits of your vehicles chassis number. If after 7 days and only by prior arrangement any items we agree to accept for a refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee aswell as the credit/debit card processing fee charges and the non refundable delivery charges.

The procedure for returning a faulty item is:-

You must contact us via email or telephone to notify us that you have an item to be returned within 7 days of delivery.  Items must be returned in all original packaging. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we can not accept liability for goods lost in transit to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will be reimbursed for this once the item has been tested and found to be faulty.

Genuine faulty items will only be exchanged once they have been returned to us, tested by our engineer and found to be faulty, upon which a replacement part will be dispatched.  Any returned items must have our anti tamper proof security stickers present. Items that have been damaged due to ill fitting will not be accepted as returns and an exchange will not be issued.


All of the faulty product must be sent back, including the labels and wrappers. No claim can be addressed by Peugeot Parts For Sale, if these are not provided.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Peugeotpartsforsale will not be responsible for any third party fees or labour charges incurred.
